My name is Laurie Giery, this year I celebrated my 17th year in the Family Portrait business and after all this time, I still love family portraits!
For the last 10 years, my husband Ron and I have owned and operated Family Portrait Fun! With the help of our partner organizations, Family Portrait Fun! has raised over $1,350,000 dollars for local schools and other organizations!
17 years ago “Fundraising” was something extra the schools did. Today “Fundraising” has become necessity in most schools. Family Portrait Fun tries hard to keep the necessity of “Fundraising” as fresh and easy as possible, and hopefully making it fun!
The Family Portrait Fun administrative offices are based out of El Segundo, CA. Our headquarters are home to our complete photographic lab facility. We input, produce, and print all of our own portrait packages, ensuring the fastest turn around, and the highest quality portraits in the industry.
In 2005, we introduced the “Online Portrait Experience.” It was instantly a huge success! Well here it is 2008 and we have upgraded our site, to make it easier to use and look better too!!! From sign up to ordering, all facets of the process are available online. Our site includes our easy and accurate accounting for each organization, allowing every organization to know exactly how much money they really made! NO more guesswork, it’s all online for you to see!!
It has been an honor to have photographed over 85,000 families! We work tirelessly to ensure that your Family Portrait Fun experience will be fun, fast, easy and honest, from beginning to end!
