The Big E-vent Sales Program starts with 20 families or more!
We want to see you succeed!
You will need a minimum of 20 or more families to sign up and have their portraits taken. With 20 or more families, your school will receive 1/2 of each sitting fee and more!

How a Family Portrait Fun! E-vent Works

You select a suitable location at your school, community center, park or beach. (You must obtain permit for beach or park).

We confirm a date and time. (We shoot 7 days a week.) Once we confirmed your date and location, we will set up your E-vent on our web site.

We will then provide your organization with a full color flyer for distribution to your families. These flyers will spell out the details of your E-vent.

Each family will go online and pay their sitting fee, and choose a sitting time.

For their sitting fee each family will receive a complimentary 10X13 family portrait of their choice.

On the day of the event we will come to your location and set up a professional portrait studio.

Each family will be photographed in several different poses. It's quick, easy and fun. Dads love it because they are in and out in no time.

All family portraits will be available for viewing, on our dedicated Family Portrait Fun web site, within 24 hours. (An email notice is sent when your proofs are ready to view and purchase.)

Families will be able to choose from over a hundred different portrait products. From wallet size to 36"x48" wall portraits. We have a complete line of photo greeting cards, for all occasions. All of our products and portraits are available in color or black and white printing.

Want a little retouch work done before we print, we can take care of that as well. Portrait Packages are printed at our location and shipped directly to the families in 3-4 weeks. Upgrades are shipped in 6 weeks 3-4 weeks after your event we will send you an invoice showing number of sittings and a check for your total amount raised.

Space Required

WE WILL NOT GO UPSTAIRS OR DOWNSTAIRS, A ground-level multipurpose room or cafeteria with a minimum unobstructed space of 30' X 30' will be needed TO ACCOMMODATE ONE CAMERA and 30' X 60' will be needed TO ACCOMMODATE TWO CAMERAS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you think your room might not be big enough please measure it out to be sure. The crew will not move any furniture; the room needs to be ready for us to set up ONE hour prior to your first appointment time. If we don't have enough room, or there are obstructions in the room and we cannot set up the studio, the crew will have no choice but to leave. Rest rooms need to be open to school families and Family Portrait Fun crew members

Chairperson Time Requirements and Up Front Costs

The chairperson’s time requirements are about 4-5 hours to organize and 4 hours the day of the event.

There are no up front costs to set up an event. We provide all preprinted fliers, at no charge.

Forms and Flyers

We provide you with full color customer printed flyers to distribute to your school students. We also have an online flyer that you can download and print for extra distribution. But the most effective distribution is if you have a school wide email list that you can email your parents. We will provide you with a form or you can send us the list and we will compose and send out the email flyer.

Set up a link from your PTA, PTO, or school web site

This is a great way to get timely info out to your families. Just add a link, on your home page, to our site. It's fast and easy and will increase your participation=more money for your organization.
